Who we are

Fabcom GA4 Connect is operated by Fabcom Communications Limited, a marketing agency based in Hong Kong. It is an internal tool for our own staff.

What data we access

When a Fabcom staff member connects their Google account, we request one scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly. With it we access:

The list of Google Analytics 4 accounts and properties that the signed-in staff member already has access to, including account and property names and identifiers.
Aggregated Google Analytics 4 report data for the properties that a Fabcom administrator has mapped to a client brand — for example sessions, users, channel, campaign, page path and conversion counts, by date.
The staff member's email address, used only to label the connection so we know who authorised it.

We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google service.

How we use it

The report data is stored in Fabcom's private data warehouse and used only to produce marketing performance reports and dashboards for the client that owns the Google Analytics property. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train any machine-learning model.

Limited Use

Fabcom GA4 Connect's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent any data obtained through Google APIs. Report data is shown only to Fabcom staff working on the relevant client account, and to that client. We use Google Cloud Platform as our hosting and storage provider. We disclose data otherwise only if required by law.

Storage and retention

OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted in Google Cloud Secret Manager and are used only to refresh access to the Google Analytics APIs. Report data is retained in our warehouse for as long as we serve the client, and is deleted on request.

Revoking access

A staff member can disconnect at any time from the GA4 Connect page in our portal, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On disconnection we delete the stored refresh token.
